Prior to being the CEO of al Farabi, Nabil was the Vice President of Dubai Healthcare city Leading Projects Management including Master planning and Development management, Infrastructure and Asset and Facility Management of over 22 million square feet of land development including 9 Hospitals and over 160 clinics.

Nabil has also lead the full set-up of the operations division in the Dubai based Meraas Holding one of the leading Development companies in the region. He has created and executed operational policies & procedures, established a fully-fledged Asset Management system aiming to address challenges of operation and manage end user expectation in addition to lifecycle management of assets
